Begin by laying on your back and bending knees
Place the heels of the feet on the ground
Place your arms down alongside the body
Press into feet, engage the core and lift the hips
Pull the shoulders back, placing the shoulder blades into the mat
Taking a deep breath lower back down

Start by laying on the stomach
Place the palms in front of chest and in line with shoulders
Gently push up until stomach is off the ground.
Inhale and exhale while in this pose

Inhale and draw left knee to your chest
