Before you embark on your rejuvenating stay with us, we want to acquaint you with our comprehensive Booking & Guest Policies. These guidelines are designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our check-in and check-out procedures, identification requirements, and important rules regarding alcohol, smoking, and pets. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies, which contribute to the harmonious atmosphere of our wellness resort. 01.Booking & Guest Policies:

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is at 14:00 hrs IST (allowed until 23:00 hrs), and check-out time is at 12:00 hrs IST.
All guests must present a valid Govt-approved Photo ID during check-in (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving license, or Voter card).
Foreign guests must present their passport and valid visa during check-in. Pan Card is not accepted as proof of Indian residency.
Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited at the resort.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Right to ADMISSION is reserved.


Full credit (no refunds) will be provided for cancellations received one week before the arrival date.
The credit amount (equal to the booking amount) can be used for future bookings at Au Revoir.
All bookings require a 50% advance payment.
Reservations are non-transferable, and the guest named in the booking must check in.
For cancellation-related communication, email with Booking ID and Guest name.

03.General Policies:

Visitor timings: 10:00 – 19:00 hr. Visitors are not allowed inside rooms.
The resort is not responsible for loss of luggage or belongings.
Unattended belongings may not be safe.
Management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate for unfit behavior without a refund.
Breakfast timings: 08:00 – 10:00 hr (subject to change).
Alcohol, drugs, and substance abuse are strictly prohibited.
CCTV is used for safety and security.
Guests are responsible for any damage to resort assets.
Extra mattresses are available at an extra cost.
Guests may be deemed unfit for various reasons, leading to immediate eviction without a refund

04.Covid Guidelines and Hygiene Policies:

Accommodation follows government guidelines.
Thermal checks, travel history, and sanitization are conducted on arrival.
Staff is trained for post-Covid-19 hygiene.
Cleanliness policy: Clean, sanitize, repeat three times a day.
Timings of common spaces may be restricted for cleaning and social distancing.
Restaurants are sanitized three times a day.
Guests must comply with government guidelines, documentation, and management instructions, including social distancing.
