Cancellations Policy
Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival: No charge.
Cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.
In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the property reserves the right to charge for the entire stay.
In case of full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of 5% against the online payment process charges
Additional Inclusions for New Year's Eve (31st Dec):
Please note that the cost of the Gala Dinners is not included in the room tariff. These dinners are mandatory for guests staying on the respective dates.To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all, the consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
